Yoga Instructor

Join me for a gentle yoga class consisting of Hatha (holding poses) and Vinyasa (flowing with the breath) styles of yoga. Let me energize you for your workday or calm you down after a long day. Are you brand new to yoga?...I will lead you through each pose with ease and confidence. Take the first step and venture into a class. If you are familiar with practicing yoga, this class will give you options to take your practice to the next level. I will guide you through poses to find which form of the pose fits your body for that day. Remember, that there is no competition between ourselves or others in our yoga class. There will never be any judgement or expectations of ourselves or others in our class. We come to class each day to focus on ourselves and practice staying in the present moment. We can take what we learn in yoga and apply it to our everyday lives in order to be more focused, calm and centered.

Classes are held at:

699 Park Ave.

Tuesday and Thursday 7AM
Wednesday 5:30PM, 7PM

Classes are 1 hour and 15 minutes in length:

Drop-ins/per class- $12
5 classes for $50- save $10
10 classes for $95- save $25

1 month of unlimited classes for only $60
