When Im not working my 1st job, Im busy creating a system to drive buyers and motivated sellers. I know this doesn't sound like a hobby, but real estate has become my hobby and main interest.
Work Experience:
I was a machinist for 10 years with blueprint reading, saw, drill press, flat grinder, V grinder, and mattison experience.Currently Im a legal prevention specialist. In short...I assist consumers and prevent financial judgements.

What we do is find a killer deal which starts with a motivated seller. Every seller has a different motivation for selling. Then I calculate a FMV for every property using mutiple sources (previous sold properties, appraisers, etc.)Then I physically examine a property before making an offer.
