Starting in 1996, I began learning to support end users' machines through an after-school program at Alcoa Middle School. Through the "Tech Team" (as its affectionately called) I was able to learn, refine, and establish serving people and fixing their equipment.
From 2004-2008, I worked part-time at the United States Attorney's Office providing support for some 150+ machines on a wide-area network. I decided not to apply for a full-time position in favor of pursuing my own business, which I've run on a part-time basis since 2004. Now, however, this is what I do full-time and I absolutely love every minute of it!
