More About Me
I'm very interested in the preservation of the history of riding in the U.S., currently the development of jumping, eventing, hunter seat etc. but as time goes by I will also work on western riding history.

I enjoy writing. I have written for national magazines, have a children's book and am currently working on my blogs, as well as curriculum for Fox School of Horsemanship.

Teaching riding is not a hobby. It has been my business/career for most of my life but I am especially interested in beginner and intermediate riders because I love instilling a strong foundation in riders. In Pony Club my favorite riders are the Ds. My goal is to help children grow up with horses and to help students to have long, successful and enjoyable riding lives.

My own riding is no longer a career, so it fits into the hobby category. I enjoy developing a good relationship with my horses and I see each one as an individual.

I enjoy working on genealogy and have actually held in my hands the Revolutionary War documents of some of my ancestors.

I have two Shetland Sheep Dogs that I spend time with. They are my buddies. I have had Shelties since I was a teenager and think they are the best dog breed in the world.

I also own Bozzy's Blue Ribbon Cookies which is an herbal horse treat company. In the past I have shipped to Japan, England and through out the U.S. but for the past several years the company has been on hold, except for specialty products, so that I could have time to work on my writing. Last winter I produced a Private Label horse treat for an MFH.

I never run out of things to do because I have a never ending range of interests.
