I am mom to seven children ages 14 to 35, mom-in-law to five wonderful sons and daughters, and Mamma to nine beautiful grandchildren.

I worked a few years teaching, and educating my older children in public school. After many struggles and disappointments, I decided to stay home and teach my younger children at home. I wanted to give them a strong foundation in reading and math…..that was over 14 years ago.

All of my children, except the youngest, have gone on to higher education, jobs and families. I love children and I love teaching, and with only one child left at home, I am excited to provide a place in my Christian home, where children can receive a good solid phonics-based education in a loving environment, and since the classes are limited to 6 children, it is easy to personalize each child’s learning, and to be personally involved with all of the children.

I have a passion for homeschool and offer help and guidence for anyone in need of assitance. I offer classes for homeschool children to assist parents throught the reading process.
