Description
Saturday Morning Modern - Start the weekend off right with a fun Saturday morning dance class that celebrates the exhilaration of being a dancer.

About the Class - This community class is suited for anyone that loves to dance and has had some, even if very little, technical training. My movement classes are rooted in Laban Movement Analysis and Bartenieff Fundamentals (LMA/BF) - focusing on breath, the grounded nature of being, whole body connectivity and the absolute joy of movement. Invited guest teachers will enhance these Saturday morning experiences on a semi-regular basis.
