During his tenure as Technical Account Manager, Roger was accountable for overseeing all escalated technical issues for major customers such as Federal Express, Bear Stearns, State Farm and Fidelity Investments. He continually led out in the identification and resolution of areas where an account’s technical support needs were not being met.
Roger gained a thorough understanding of the global marketplace when he was tasked with conducting and managing worldwide technical training for imaging and printer products.
