I am a professional life coach and active member of the International Coaching Federation. I have successfully completed certification in various areas of coaching. I partner with executives, entrepreneurs and coaches to significantly enhance personal effectiveness, and communication skills. With over 15 years of people building experience and expertise in profit and nonprofit business management, I bring an expansive and practical based background to my practice. My style is intuitive, inquisitive and informal. I love to laugh, and find humor to be a great tool in releasing our authentic selves. Curiosity is second nature to me and I find it brings an ease and comfort to the coaching relationship. I am a 100% committed to making the lives of my clients as successful as they want to be.
