My job as a Shop Foreman and Service Consultant consisted of 15 years of dedication. As Shop Foreman I am responsible for overseeing 13 technicians for the repair of customer vehicles. Responsible for calculating technician pay on many different levels of skills. One on one relation with the Service Manager as needed. As service consultant responsibilities include but not limited to checking in customer vehicles for warranty, customer pay repairs, follow up on repairs in shop, contacting extended warranty companies for authorization on needed repairs.
