I have lived and worked in the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire my whole life. I started working for Real estate brokers in 1995 telemarketing, processing loans, and transaction coordinating. I eventual earned my License in 1997 and started handling my own clients. I have worked for small "Mom and Pop" offices and large corporations like Bank of America. In 2004 I started South Coast Properties, a property management and tenant screening company. I have built a solid reputation with some of the largest management companies in the area like Mgr, Allied property management, and Euclid Property management. I have worked with dozens of Real estate offices and agents to help fill there vacancies. In 5 years South Coast Properties has relocated thousands of people into affordable homes.
