Inventory levels continue to show a reduction from 2007. As of October 2008 active inventory was 8,033, a 19% decrease from October 2007.

Closings in October 2008 were 797, 9% below October 2007.

Months of Inventory was at 10.1, 11% below October 2007.

Median price of sold homes was $180,000 for the month of October 2008, down 14 from October 2007.
