Bio
Clark W. Cowles is a certified residential appraiser with over 30 years of experience. Clark is a third generation real estate appraiser and was involved with his fathers own self-ownded real estatee brokerage, appraisal and property management company at an early age. His real estate sales experience included affiliation with Parchman & Oyler Real Estate in Cincinnati. When he joined the fee panel for the Veterans Administration coveringa three county area in Southwest Ohio. He was the youngest fee appraiser to be accepted at the time.

Clark moved to California in the early 1980's and contined his appraisal career with Coast Federal Bank, moving to Glendale Federal Bank in 1986. He spent 14 1/2 years with Glendale Federal as a Senior Appraiser. District Manager and Southern California Appraisal Review Manager until the Bank was acquired through acquisition in 1998.

Following in his family's footsteps, Clark developed his own independent appraisal company in 1998, which included a brief relocation to Tampa, Florida in 2002-03 for family reasons. He assisted as a certified residential appraiser/trainer in the start-up office for Metro-West Appraisal, Inc., based in Detroit, Michigan with their initial expansion into the Florida real estate market.

Clark is a graduate of the Ohio State University and active alumni life member. His varied personal interests include his immediate family, friends, being a contributing member of the Cerritos Performing Arts Center.
