Work Experience:
Owned a low voltage communications Co. for over 35 years. We designed, installed, and serviced all types of CCTV, commercial/pro sound systems, access control, intercoms, telephone, and other custom designed systems primarily for commercial/industrial clients. I sold the business to an employee and started investing in real estate. I love restoring old homes, and renting them out. I was a property manager for a friend who owned over 40 properties and enjoyed working with the tenants collecting rents, writing leases, etc.
