Bio
I started Repros, LLC as a hobby. I like repairing and building anything from basements, sheds, and carpentry projects. Since I am managing all my own properties, I was in need of a trusted agent who would show and maintain properties and sign a lease while I am not local. I am dedicated to providing this service from a long-term (monthly) and a short-term (one time) perspective that gives my client flexibility and allows them to select a program that meets their personal style and financial situation.

Trained as an Aerospace and Mechanical Engineer at the University of California, I have been involved in buying, building, developing, renting, and managing properties. I currently manage 18 properties in three states. My main focus area is Colorado Springs. I have three employees and my tenants, clients, and contractors are extremely satisfied with my professional work.

Description
Two types of management options are available to meet your need:

1. Long-term management: Under this plan, we will find, screen and qualify a tenant for a nominal fee which is not paid until the property is occupied. Once occupied, we will continue to manage the property for a fee of 8 percent the monthly rent. The services included are advertising and showing the property, qualifying all applicants, signing a lease, delivery of keys, as-needed inspections (exterior & interior), book-keeping, rent collection, and maintenance and repair (actual cost for labor and materials is additional). There is a $100.00 lease signing fee due at the time of signing. Additional advertising fees may apply if higher visibility media (such as newspapers or magazines) are desired.

2. Tenant Search: Under this plan, we will find, screen and qualify a tenant. After a lease contract is signed, the $300 fee becomes due. This is a one-time service that does not have additional future fees. The services included are advertising and showing the property, qualifying all applicants, signing a lease, and delivery of keys. Additional advertising fees may apply if higher visibility media (such as newspapers or magazines) are desired.
