I am responsible for the production of all the vegetarian food. I Create 3 week cycle menus that are innovative and delicious. I manage a staff of 70 employees and delegate specific tasks to each team and make sure it is executed. I assist the other chefs to create the main 3 week cycle menus. I train staff to create upscale cuisine for catering events and feed approximately 700 vegetarian NVIDIA employees daily with a staff of four. I also oversee the prodution for feeding the other 2500 none vegetarians at nvidia.
