I learned how to cook from my Grandma and mom as a boy growing up on Maui. I started working at Mamas Fish House, one of Mauis high end and well known fresh fish restaurants when I was 24 years old, and worked my way up to sous chef. Recently I decided I wanted to branch out and work for myself doing private functions. I specialize in everything from authentic local food to pacific rim cuisine. I am passionate about food and love to share my talent with others.
