Bio
I am a graduate student in the Department of Physics and Astronomy at UCLA. I am interested in theoretical physics research, particularly in quantum gravity.

I am passionate about education, and I am particularly interested in physics and mathematics education, and I aspire to become a physics professor and researcher at the university level. I feel that physics and mathematics education should be demystified and should be taught in such a way that it is accessible to most who wish to study them.

Description
I was trained as a tutor and study group leader in university physics at the UC Berkeley Student Learning Center. As a drop-in tutor, I learned to teach concepts patiently, quickly, and effectively to hundreds of individual students. As a study group leader, I created lessons to clarify classroom concepts so that students would have the tools to perform well on exams.

I concentrate on teaching clear and systematic thinking geared towards success in problem solving. I am friendly, passionate, and positive, and my students develop confidence in their ability to crack any exam.
