I am a fine arts photographer and have sold many pieces. I have a knack for people being relaxed around me when I'm carrying a camera (always.)
I've a good sense of humor or can be solemn and anything in between. I can be discreet with a camera (I have several of different sizes) and blend well with large crowds.

My specialty is to do "Period" or "ethnic" bents on people who otherwise do not consider themselves any other way. I find people are always surprised what turns out if they're willing to pose, which I do Not make a deal out of.
For reference: Self-portrait above is recent. It's actually mounted on back board, printed on card stock and painted w/acrylic gel gloss.
People often think my portrait photography are paintings....And! I do not use Photoshop - just me and my lap Mac.
