Objective:
My goal is to obtain a position with an Agency needing a photographer who can travel anywhere and work under any condition.
I am a graduate of the Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Photographic Technology specializing in General Applied Photography. I am a retired United States Navy Chief Petty Officer with 20 years of service. I am well versed in etiquette of various cultures. Additionally, I have years of experience in retail sales and customer service. Examples of portrait, personal and commercial work can be seen on the above website.
I own the Nikon D-700 Digital SLR camera, Nikon R1 Wireless Close-up Speedlight System, Nikon D-80 Digital SLR, Nikon SB-900 Speedlight system, Nikon 50mm f/1.4 lens, Nikon 24 – 85mm f/2.8 lens, Nikon 70-200 mm f/2.8 lens, Nikon 135mm f/2.0 lens, Tamron 90 mm f/2.8 macro lens and portable lighting.
I am knowledgeable in Photoshop, lighting techniques, photographic composition, studio and location portrait techniques, commercial photography, macro photography, infrared photography, use of filters, diffusers, lenses, and lights, large and medium format digital, Leaf capture, Capture One Pro. I am proficient with MAC operating systems.
I was presented the Gallery Elite Award at graduation ceremonies for outstanding image.
