Summary:
I am currently attending the Ohio Institute of Photography and Technology majoring in Photography. I have twenty years of service in the United States Navy and many years in customer service. If you are looking for a person of dependability I am the one for you.
Work Experience:
May 2007 – Present Lowe’s, Sales Specialist
I am assigned as the Sales Specialist in the Fashion Plumbing Department. I was the number one sales associate in the district and number 8 for the region in July 2007and have been in the top ten several times since. I have had many positive comments from my managers and customers on my product knowledge and customer service skills.
May 2004 – May 2007 Bed, Bath and Beyond, Department Manager
My primary task was customer service. I had many customer compliments, and was directly involved in our store achieving several 100 percent scores on our mystery shops. I also maintained overall appearance of the Department and solved customer problems. I occasionally served as Manager on Duty. I also performed weekly inventory and was responsible for placement of new merchandise.
May 2002 – March 2004 Home Depot, Department Supervisor
My primary job was customer service. I was also responsible for writing work schedules, performance evaluations, training associates, ordering inventory and maintaining overall appearance of the Department.
August 1998 - November 2001 Stelter and Brinck, Field Service Technician
I was assigned to perform normal and emergency service as well as scheduled preventative maintenance on industrial burner systems throughout the U.S. and other countries. Other duties included sales of parts and equipment and writing technical service manuals.
