I was born in Queens, New York, but because of my father's work as an industrial designer, we moved fairly frequently. We lived in Puerto Rico so that he could open a branch for his company there (even though he was from England, he spoke fluent Spanish and loved everything about the culture). I have fond memories of Luquillo Beach and driving up the winding road through the rainforest, and drinking ice cold coconut milk right out of the coconut shell with a straw in Old San Juan. We stayed there until I was about twelve, and then we moved to Seattle while he worked on the Boeing 747 for Pan Am. My memories of that time were fond ones as well, eating dinner at the Space Needle and spending rainy days wandering through the Pike Street Market. Once the Boeing project was done, we moved into a house on the shores of The Great South Bay in Long Island, New York, and I spent many summers sailing with my father and visiting my best friend's beach house on Fire Island. Having lived in these places, I can not imagine ever living far from the ocean.

More About Me
My dream is to drive Route 66 beginning to end (with my camera, of course) and stay in all the old motels and eat at all the traditional diners and restaurants along the way. I have a great interest in America's First Highway and all the Americana to be found there.
Work Experience:
I have had a camera in my hand for as far back as I can remember, and seen many models come and go. I am also a writer, and after all the writing that I've done over the years, I am finally putting together an autobiography as well as a book on my experiences as a photographer. So many of my subjects have interesting stories worth telling. I am also compiling a book of my father's W.W.II logs and photographs, and his letters to me as I grew older.
1 year of college, 3 round trips hitchhiking cross country with my dog.
Organizations / Affilations:
I'm not a joiner, but I've done pro bono work locally for Children's Hospital of Boston, The Committee to End Elderly Homelessness, The National Heart Association and The David Brudnoy AIDS Foundstion. I will continue to do such work.

I cover events, with a specialty in in-home portraits. I love doing portaits of pets and pets with their families. I also do product photography. It's my job as a photographer to make my subjects feel relaxed and attended to. My camera affords me the privelege of being the curator of moments important to those I work with and tell their own story. My work is not typical. Feel free to call me anytime @ (617)666-8083 or on my cell @ (857)207-5477. If you don't reach me, I do check messages on both numbers frequently.
