I am a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, former Marine Corps captain and author of the book Boot Camp Abs

I have personally helped hundreds of clients improve their health, appearance, confidence, sport performance, and self-esteem.

In 1997, I created FitBoot - Basic Training for Professionals, still one of the country’s only authentic boot camp fitness programs. We offer boot camp courses in Boston, MA and Alameda, CA.
