With every personal training package you will receive workouts designed around you and your personal goals that do more than motivate you. Every session is structured to build cardiovascular endurance, improve strength & increase flexibility.

Understanding your specific body composition, metabolism & fitness level allows me to customize a program that will get you the results you want. I perform a fitness assessment & calculate your resting metabolic rate (RMR) to establish calorie composition and expenditure required to meet your goals.
