Personal Sleep Training is a behavioral approach to insomnia,and CPAP, continuous postive airway pressure, adherance, compliance issues. Sleep Training is a series of private of group sessions designed to overcome sleep problems using behavoiral methods including self-hypnosis and cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia.
