Restaurants have been in my family for many generations, dating back to my grandfather owning a gourmet butcher shop in New York. In addition, my family owned and operated a restaurant in Beverly Hills, CA where I spent my early years as an Apprentice. This was integral in solidifying my passion for the industry and in formulating my career path as a chef.
