I'm a 28 yr old personal trainer looking to build clientele. No matter what you're looking to accomplish, I can accomodate. If you want to:

*Lose weight
*Get lean and cut
*Gain muscle mass
*Tone out for upcoming event

I will help you achieve those goals by providing:

*An initial consoltation to explore your needs and set your goals.
*A nutritional plan.
*A routine that meets you where you're at and that you're comfortable with.

I operate out of my basement so all sessions will be completely centered around you and your success. My training method is high intensity versus the long, slow, boring cardio that you see at most gyms. I have been training for 8 yrs now and I found that the high intensity method has been the most effective.
