Becoming a chef is something I have known I would do since I was a child. To me, it is not only about creating the unique dishes but uplifting one’s soul, as well. I like to nourish the mind, body, and spirit. Perhaps this is borne out of my compassion for people and for the world around me. My passion turned profession has allowed me to enhance the lives of others. I can create healthy meals without the added junk that pollutes our bodies these days.
