Charlie Giacobbe, Jr. grew up in the automobile business. His dad, Charlie Sr., was the General Manager of Peter Fuller Cadillac-Oldsmobile in Boston and throughout high school, Charlie held summer jobs in the service and parts departments. During his last year in college, Charlie began selling automobiles at Peter Fuller Oldsmobile in Watertown.

Shortly after graduation from Boston State College in 1976, Charlie started selling Oldsmobiles full time at Victor Belotti, Inc in Somerville. Within the first year, he was recognized by Oldsmobile's Vanguard for being one of the top 1% producers in the country. In 1980, he rejoined his dad at Peter Fuller Oldsmobile as a Business Manager and was trained by Pat Ryan in Chicago. In 1983 he attended General Motors University in Newark, Delaware and graduated from its Sales Management program in 1984. When Charlie Sr. retired in 1985, Charlie was promoted to Sales Manager and remained in that position until 1987.

Late in 1987, Charlie joined Crest Buick-Pontiac-GMC-Nissan in Woburn. His duties involved sales and inventory management while holding intensive two week sales training workshops. Charlie trained utilizing Grant Cardone's "non-confrontational" and "information-based" sales processes. When the Ferraez Auto Group purchased Crest in 2001, Charlie was retained by Ferraez as the Inventory and Incentive Compliance Manager for all four of their area stores in Danvers, Woburn, Malden and Watertown.

In June of 2005, Charlie ventured out on his own offering inventory management, incentive compliance and other sales related support and coaching assistance to GM dealerships in transition. Dealers soon recognized that Charlie provided an inexpensive and efficient way to manage their specific area of need. Currently he serves clients in Massachusetts, New Jersey and Kansas.

In August 2008 Charlie launched a Personal Auto Shopping Service.

For vehicles with an MSRP under $50,000 my fee is a flat $250.

For vehicles with an MSRP over $50,000 my fee is .5%. Example: on a vehicle that has an MSRP of $55,000 my fee is $275.
