Hi All,

I am a new personal trainer and mentor in the great fun city of Baltimore Md:) Supporting and motivating women to become healthier, happier and fit has become a passion of mine! I have always enjoyed helping people and witnessing how they have changed their lives for the better just from listening to a few encourging words and accepting a motivational push.

I was a mortgage broker for 3 years and this job has made me realize that helping individuals and families didn't only improve them and their situation, but was very rewarding for me too at the end of the day. I liked this feeling and knew I never wanted to let it go. So, I figured out a way to include my hobbies and interests with it and thats how I became an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer.

Women today struggle with their weight, health, happiness, confidence and fitness. I decided I wanted to be the one to change these feelings and thoughts. Everyone deserves to feel and look their best!

Clients informed me with their current issue and/or present situation and knowing the issue helped me to create the plan of action that was needed for them and their families.
