Operator Safety Training
In business and industry today responsible managers realize the importance of safety in the workplace. Yet complying with the increasing number of laws, rules, and regulations becomes forevermore challenging. OSHA, ANSI, CAL/OSHA, IPP Programs, what do they all really mean?
We provide operator safety-training courses on-site at our customer’s facilities. With eighteen years in the industry and Certified through the “Master Trainer Certification” program, we utilize the most current and comprehensive training videos, lecture, manuals, tests, and hands-on. Our course covers the proper requirements i.e.; Rules and regulations, safe operation, walk around inspections and required responsibilities that will allow your company to be in compliance regarding safety training.
We structure the courses to focus on the types of equipment used by your company and the situations that can arise on the jobsite. Conducting courses on-site allows us to use the equipment used on the job every day, making the “hands-on” portion of the program of greater value. Our program is available not only during normal working hours, but evenings and weekends as well (call for quote). Most of our courses are available in English or Spanish. Certificates and sealed wallet cards are issued upon successful completion of our course

Why We Do Safety Training
When asked, "Why Train?" Marco responded by saying, "I enjoy teaching. You know that look in someone's eye when the 'Light Goes On' ? Well that is why I train, because I enjoy knowing that I am responsable for that 'Light'. And I am a people person and I enjoy meeting new people." Marco got into the materials handling industry back in 1984 as a forklift driver. He later became a mechanic and then moved into sales. In 1994 Marco was given the opportunity to go to school to become a Safety Trainer. He took this opportunity, and well the rest is history. As it turns out, Marco is good at Training, mostly becasue he cares about Your Safety and has a great talent of being able to break down the complicated into easy to understand language.
