Management Education Consulting (MEC) was founded in 2009 by Tanisha Williams after working on her MBA, she decided there was a need in the business world. Today, many companies are hiring new young managers to lead their organization, however many of these managers are not aware of how to be an effective leader. Therefore, MEC was established to provide the necessary skills and information to help these young managers decrease turnover rates, increase employee's motivation and increase their overall knowledge and attitude about their new management position.
