Born in Lawrence, MA where I grew up in the 50's Began the study of music at age 9 and have never stopped. I've taught high school (English), college (intro to music/theory/choir), and elementary classroom music. I spent most of my adult life in Poughkeepsie, NY, where I combined teaching with musical performance--organ recitals, church work and choir/orchestra concerts. I am now retired, living in Maine, enjoying the beach, the woods and the mountains--even in winter--and continuing to do performance on a free lance basis, as well as some private teaching.
