I have worked in restaurants since I was 13 years old. Worked in all types from fast food,cafeteria style,to full service restaurants. I was kitchen manager chef/ cook in three kitchens,banquet center, golf courses and several smaller diners. I specialized in High volume catering for 1 to 5000 people. I personely owned my own restaurant for 4 years.I owned and operated my own Hard wood floor co.Curently mangaer Bar restaurant.
