I’m searching for an opportunity which utilizes my negotiating, sales consulting/ business development and management skills to enhance my personal and professional growth in the mortgage banking/retail industries. SELECTED HIGHLIGHTS________________________________________________________________

• Engaged to build a law firm inbound and outbound loss mitigation service including nationwide loan origination services as well as nationwide realtor services to offer a complete loss mitigation solution to the default industry. Served as the Vice president and subject matter expert on the resolution of difficult loss mitigation issues as well as a “backstop” resource for overflow borrower calls whenever necessary. Processed a very large volume of “no borrower contact” loans as well as scratch and dent seconds.

• Built and deployed an entire inbound and outbound Home Retention business for HomeSavers, LLC working directly for distressed homeowners in the Sacramento market. Work included facilitating loan modifications, negotiating short-pay-offs, listing and selling asset pre-foreclosure and REO disposition. Established a technology advanced processing center and “best in class” processes to handle several thousand loans per month integrating an origination software packet into a loss mitigation tool.

• Consulted to Stewart Home Retention in Houston regarding national title products and short-sale monitoring enabling the organization to offer these services while simultaneously building title revenue. Detailed the processes built at HomeSavers to manage short-sale volume directly on behalf of the servicer
