Certified personal trainer and bodybuilder at a local private gym. (ABSOLUTELY NO) gym fees or memberships. (Just a basic one on one session first consultation is free with one session).then ranging from 15-50 dollars depending on how long the session. Each week we will focus on nutrition, take measurements, analyze body fat percentage, review meal plans(only if interested in a diet plan), and cover exercise routines.
