Mission Statement: To make sure our clients have a thorough understanding and knowledge of today’s hiring processes; from resume to interview, we work with our clients to empower them in the ever changing job market.

What We Do: We are a resource for people entering or re-entering the work force. We will critique your resume, give you resume templates to work with, and show you the interviewing tips and tricks to help you stand out in front of potential employers.

How We Do It: With a combined 8 years of professional recruiting experience in several major industries, we know what employers look for on resumes, and in interviews.

Process

A quick 5-10 minute phone call to explain our services and to qualify you as a client

Email you a Paypal link

Once you’ve paid, we’ll follow up with our tips on resume writing, interview questions and tips, as well as 2 resume templates for you to work with. In addition, we will set up a date/time for our follow up call or meeting and begin critiquing your resume.

During the follow up call, we will go over the resume, discuss changes to be made, make suggestions for changes, etc, and discuss the resume submittal process. Following that, we will go over our standard interview prep including a discussion about interviewing tips, questions to ask, body language tips, dress, etc, which should last approximately 20-30 minutes.

Send us a final copy of your resume and we’ll do a final once over for you as a part of our service
