Bio
Chef Tracey Martin

Tracey Martin is a native of Chautauqua County, New York. He studied at Le Cordon Bleu and later at La Cuisine Française in the Netherlands, where he taught a class on Corporate Catering. In the 1980s Chef Martin owned and operated A Moveable Feast Catering Company. He was one of the owners of the sizeable culinary staffing agency Wolff, Martin & Associates.
Chef Martin worked in private service for Mrs. Robert Kennedy and other members of the Kennedy Family. He worked as Travel Chef in the Clinton White House and was later Executive Sous Chef for Catering at The Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. In addition to his work for President Clinton, other distinguished heads of state he has cooked for include Jacques Chirac, Yitzhak Shamir Margaret Thatcher, Helmut Kohl, President and Mrs. George H. W. Bush, Mrs. Ronald Reagan, as well as the late Deng Xiaoping, Yitzhak Rabin, and Boris Yeltsin.
After many years of travel, Chef Martin returned to Western New York this past year, where he currently serves as President of Culinary Staffing Pros, Inc.
