Bio
As a quality systems support manager system technician trainer, I am prepared to provide your
organization or business with an excellent addition to your IS or IT department. If you want your company to grow and develop, my knowledge and experience is ready for your use. I have a business degree but all of my working experience has been in the technical realm.

My background includes extensive technical support to factory network systems and desktop support for manufacturing facilities operations. In Arizona I was employed by Motorola SPS as a System analyst and by IBM as an analyst as well. I have been trained on Macintosh and IBM architecture.


I have proficiency in the training procedures used in a corporate environment as well as the classroom for college age students. This includes the ability to handle varied and difficult tasks as assigned. I have initiative and am a self-starter. One of my goals is to use my experiences and skills to make any employment environment a much better place to work.
