As an ordained Lutheran pastor I worked with the "counter culture" for years, as originator and head of a half-way house program which was supported directly by the national Church. I have forty years of experience in media: sound recording, nature recording, and music production. As CEO of multi-million dollar independent record label, I prodced seventy musical and environmental sound albums. I have extensive experience in wholesale and retail sales, the gift market and the Native American art market.
I was awarded Business Person of the Year for Western Washington (state) , and twice nominated for entrepeneur of the year by Inc. Magazine.
I am a lay scholar in the field of New Testament Studies, in which field I have written and published three books during the last five years. I write columns for UPI's religionandspirituality.com. I teach classes and give talks on the subject of world religions and the "quest for the historical Jesus."
