Bio
I am Eric Williams, a native of Greenville, South Carolina, who has recently organized a non-profit business which allows me to give back to the community. Within this organization we are able to change lives and the direction of the children in my community. The following principles are in place to provide structure for the children:
• Academic achievement
• Self-confidence
• Communication skills
• Understanding
• Conflict resolution skills
• Responsibility

We have become bridges, transitioning our students from negative environments to positive experiences enabling them to become productive citizens.
Additionally, we have been successful in assisting four of our student athletes in going to college. These students received scholarships all within four months this past spring. We provide a variety of opportunities to develop character and personal responsibility. We use basketball as a tool to help bridge the gap between school and community to ensure the success of our children.
Our program, Fundamentals4Success, is simple but successful. It addresses a variety of learning styles with a different instructional style compiled with personal student support. Fundamentals4Success also assist with improving the skills students will need in life to include, but not limited to self-confidence, perseverance, moral character, intellectual engagement, and academic achievement.

Work Experience:
I graduated from college with two degrees from Guilford College. I have Played in Three different Countries. England, Beligum, Holland.
I have also travel to 17 other different countries. I have been able to start up my own non-profit business which is gearged to help the kids in my community make sure their grades are where they need to be and also develop their Basketball skill and get into college.
