I was born on June 2nd, 1990 and grew up in Michigan.

I was Raised in a somewhat broken home, without anyone to look up to. So naturally I drifted in and out of crowds with no real meaning to my life. I never once cared about my health or how I looked. Of course I was always that kid who got picked last to play any sports. It wasn’t until I was a freshmen in high school that I realized something had to change.

A few kids told me to go tryout for the football team, and I did. I made a complete fool out of myself and walked off the field after about 20 minutes. My self-esteem was crushed to rock bottom that year as I did not even try to go back. During that winter season, something inside of me switched. I was sick of always being made fun of, and picked on for how I looked. I remember watching an old Rocky movie over at a friends house and that was the moment when I knew what I had to do. I began surfing the internet and reading countless magazines on how to eat healthier and build muscle naturally.

I'll admit I wasn't the best at it, but I never gave up. I wanted to become the biggest, fastest, and strongest I could be. All alone, I started staying after school and putting in the extra hours in the weight room. During that next football season, I went back about 25 lb. heavier. As the strongest kid on the team for once, I played football for the remainder of high school. From then on out, I wanted to become the best life-time natural bodybuilder I can be!

Work Experience:
entered the fitness industry as a Physical Therapist Technician at the age of 18. This was where I got my first glimpse as a professional mentor and someone others look up to for guidance.

As a P.T. Tech. I Specialized in guiding patients through rehabilitation exercises and assisted the therapist with various activities. These included: Ultrasounds, electrical stimulation, and hot/cold treatments.

To have a trainer takes a number of things. The number one thing is TRUST.You must trust me to give you the workouts required to fulfill your goals.You must trust me to steer you in the right direction with nutritional advice.With me as your trainer, you have my undivided attention. You get a tailored routine to your fitness goals. With one vs one sessions, you get targeted workouts for that particular day. Whether its 3 or 5 days a week. You get the knowledge and answers your looking for.

Being your online trainer, the number one thing you need to realize is that YOU'RE in control! You control the tempo, you control your intensity, and you control your form. I wish I could be there with each and every one of you spotting you but I cannot.I provide the knowledge for you to perform. Either through my One on One sessions or your custom workout/diet routines we WILL achieve your fitness goals Together!!

That's where metabolic typing comes into play!!

Metabolic Typing is a system for optimizing whole body health. Diet and nutritional supplements are used to address the individual at a fundamental metabolic level, allowing for increased energy, weight loss and greater resistance to disease.

By conducting a simple questionnaire we are able to determine each individual's Metabolic Type. This is the fundamental way in which your body produces and processes ENERGY.
