I was first bitten by "The Restaurant Bug" in Honolulu, while working as a host at a second floor, beach front, open air restaurant. (What a beautiful setting!)
After returning to the mainland, I enrolled in Culinary Arts at Elijahs' Promise of New Brunswick N.J. (Learning what went on in the Back Of House could only help me in the Front Of House.)
Pulling double duties in F.O.H. and B.O.H. I have worked with greats such as Micheal Lamonico (Windows on the World), David Drake (formerly of The Ryeland Inn and Stagecoach Inn.) Most recently 4 years with Patrick O'Connell (Inn At Little Washington) It was here that I discovered my love affair with cheese.
