My first fitness job was 11 years ago when I started teaching group fitness classes for a gym. With further training I expanded that to teaching yoga, pilates, and personal training in small group and private sessions.
After a few years I found myself the Fitness Supervisor for three very busy fitness clubs. On top of that I still continued to teach several yoga, pilates, boot camp classes and provide personal client training to hundreds of people each week.
Then I got married and moved to Bonney Lake. I was able to take a small break and decide where I wanted to take what I do. Before long that decision was handed to me when people started asking me to train them. I built a workout studio in my home. I now provide a training service to people who mostly exercise at home but need to know what to do and how to do it. I also plan and host 'fitness parties' which are small private fitness classes done in my home or yours.
