Worked in all aspects of the Hotel Industry for 25 years with Hilton Hotels International, in the Caribean, Central and South America, Trained in Hotel Management at the Queen Elizabeth Hotel in Montreal Canada,Managed the Hotel and Catering of the United Nations Conference on the Laws of the Seas which took place in Caracas Venezuela in the 70s have owned a frozen food center catering to the public and first class restaurants in Caracas Venezuela, and have managed the catering operations of large construction projects in Venezuela for a large International Catering Firm Sodexo. Have also owned an Advertizing Agency in Miami which catered strictly to five star hotels in the Catribean, and most recently managed a Time Share resort in Tenerife, the Canary Islands,and Restored a 200 year old farm house to turn into a large luxury bed and breakfast in the mountains in Tenerife. are now retired and living in Sarasota Florida.
