J.E. Hall is the founder, operator and primary instructor of Elite Reading and Writing. As of summer 2011 J.E. Hall will have entered over a decade in the field of education and instructional education. This includes experience as a reading instructor, writing instructor, English as a second language instructor, study skills instructor, citizenship instructor, social studies teacher and adult literacy coordinator. Mr. Hall was able to perform these positions as a result of his superior education at California State University, Chico, where he received a Master’s of Arts in Teaching International Languages and a Bachelor’s of Arts in History. The culmination of his educational an instructional experience only provides a theoretical construct, of his abilities to instruct your young scholar(s). However experience and education does not adequately indicate whom J.E. Hall is and why his services will indeed make your young scholar(s) elite readers and writers. Thus, to know J.E.
