Serving as Director of Healthcare Staffing Started/implemented the staffing side of the business for MRI. Recruiting, Marketing, Payroll/Billing, Supervising of employees, Scheduling of RN,LPN and CNA’s, Maintaining facility contracts, W/C Issues, Interviewing and screening prospective employees, Implementing incentive programs to attract new employees. Recruit and place healthcare professionals into various types of settings on a permanent basis. Marketing to healthcare facilities all over the United States to establish a relationship in order to place candidates into a full time position. Recruiting of various healthcare professionals making over 200 cold call recruits each day and averaging over 3 hours of phone time each day. I have also ventured into the Engineering field where I recruited and did some marketing to various Engineering candidates and firms along the East Coast.
