Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach
My training program is a results-driven conditioning program at a 60 minute durations per session. It is conducted in an indoor and outdoor environment, utilizing a motivational-style format, coupled with the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises in fitness.
My workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance, strength training with dumbbells, barbells etc.
- lose 10 - 25lbs in 30 days
- lose 2 7% body fat in 30 days
- lose 2 - 5 inches in 30 days
- gain more strength, stamina and confidence
