After 15 years in the kitchen and seven years in the Military, you would think I would have gotten enough punishment. Nope, I still have the chaos gene. I love to cook, chase the impossible meal, get down on my knees, and do whatever it takes to make your meal phantasmagorical. I sweat it out for the masses and will come back for more tomorrow. Ever since I had discovered the recipes / instructions on the Betty Crocker box when I was a wee child of the tender age of seven, I have fallen in love with food. I have come a long way from Wendy’s to being a Blackjack Pizza franchisee, to the JW. Marriott to my current kitchen digs at The Capitol Hill Mansion. I am soon to graduate from The International Culinary Schools at the Art Institute of Colorado @ Denver and begin the rest of my menu… I mean life. What will I do now? I guess we’ll figure that out together, or not. Into the wild blue yonder I go maybe you’ll want to come too.
