. I am an IT Computer Technician with extensive experience in the IT Computer Hardware and Consultant arena. I was an IT Computer Technician and West Coast Operations Team Lead while at Texas Instruments/Technology Service Professionals, Inc. (TSP). This position involved overseeing a team of computer techs, which serviced internal customers by repairing, rebuilding, and installing Desktop and Laptop computers.
