Bio
My name is Marty Isenberg, and I'm currently looking to take on some new students. If you're interested in taking music lessons please contact me. I'm looking forward to meeting you!

Marty Isenberg is a trained composer and bassist with a passion for teaching. He recently graduated with a jazz performance degree with a concentration in composition from the New School for Jazz and Contemporary Music, where he studied bass privately with jazz luminary Mark Helias, and many other world renowned musicians. One of his current projects is leading his 14-piece band, the Marty Isenberg Big Band, where he composes, conducts, and plays bass. The band has cut an EP at Excello Studios in Williamsburg, and has performed at the Bowery Poetry Club, Asterix, and Arnold Hall in New York City.
