My entire career has been spent leading people into believing in themselves. I gain rapport by being non-judgmental and by being a good listener which enables me to help identify their needs, set goals, and coach leaders to success.

As a Leader I have opened and managed a Learning and Development Center, opened an Employee Development Dept and facilitated “change management” for an acquisition.

As a Leadership Consultant I have worked with all levels of management to develop and energize their teams. When Performance management was an issue, I worked one-on-one with the manager to develop the manager’s leadership skills in setting realistic goals, coaching, and using follow through to help the employee succeed.

Some other skills that I have used effectively include designing and implementing needs and cultural assessments for training and development identification, hiring purposes, and individual career and succession planning

Currently I am the Program Director for PeoplePower, LLC. We are extremely successful (87%)at helping any individual find employment. We help the individual identify their skills and talents, create a life plan, write a resume employers notice, interview like a pro, and find the hidden job market...all for a very small fee.
